2. What data we collect
- Browsing data: pages visited, clicks, time on site, device and browser type, approximate country and city. They are collected in aggregate through Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel.
- Data you give us when contacting us: name, email, phone and the information about your project that you share via WhatsApp, Instagram or when booking a call on Cal.com.
We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.
3. What we use it for
- To answer your questions, prepare quotes and provide the services you hire.
- To schedule and manage discovery calls.
- To understand how the site is used in order to improve its content and performance.
- To measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
We do not sell your data.
4. Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are only enabled if you accept them in the site notice. If you decline them, the site keeps working and only anonymous statistics without cookies are recorded.

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which may use its own technical cookies to work. We also store your cookie choice in your browser for one year.
5. Who we share data with
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Cal.com (scheduling) and Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Meta Pixel). Some of them store information outside Colombia, with adequate levels of protection under their own policies. By using the site and contacting us, you authorize that transfer.
6. Your rights
As the data subject, you can:
- Access, update and correct your data.
- Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
- Know how we have used your data.
- Revoke the authorization or ask us to delete your data, when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it.
- File complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
7. How to exercise them
Write to us at automind.col@gmail.com stating your name, the right you want to exercise and how we should reply. We answer inquiries within a maximum of 10 business days and complaints within a maximum of 15 business days, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.
8. Retention
Browsing statistics are kept for up to 14 months. Contact data is kept for as long as there is a business relationship or until you request its deletion.
9. Effective date
This policy is effective as of October 1, 2026. If we change it, we will publish the new version on this same page.
